All red when I log in, surely not sold out already as 54k of which 51k are priority period booking?!..

I agree Hermit, complete balls up right from the start with lower tier ST holders being treated like 2nd class citizens. I suppose at least some non members will get to go to this one as there's no way they will for any league matches.

I reckon we would have sold this out easily if they hadn't fucked it up so royally. Big shame this, Brady should take responsibility for the massive pig's ear that the club have made of our first month in the new stadium. It's a complete mess.

Cue the laughter and stick we'll get from other clubs fans if there's loads of empty seats for the opening games where there's been conflicting stories of being a sell out and having shed loads of tickets left.

Yes got a ticket (can only get one per Claret club number) hence additional one for a family member out. Phone wait around 30 mins (could have been worse) and told can only post out to cc address (not an alternative local one) - whole thing a pain, time consuming, inflexible and archaic given ticketing norm these days. So suggested ticket office get some flexible options in place like a 'pick up on the day' + additional tickets (big sis won't now be going so West Ham have dropped monies there) - when ordering against the 40 pounds paid out to become a Claret member. I'm only here a few weeks so have to get tickets this way. Ive told them to sort this out otherwise I fear many who cant go for a full season ticket and must pick there matches just won't be bothered with all this crap every time.

Just bought 2. £25 each. Nay bad. It actually worked really well and was easy to choose yours seats. Well done ticket office.

So it wasn't just me who logged in as a member to be told I didn't have the correct privileges then!
I was actually quite impressed with it, that small wobble aside which corrected itself with a refresh, the queue system and then buying of tickets was relatively painless.

Was on at 9 on the website - broken
9:15 - said I was a member, members could buy tickets but when I tried said I lacked the privilege
9:25 ish - worked
Decent seat, decent prize, a few left in the lower bowl.
All's well... and all that.

Fuck knows what's going on at TO. When I initially logged on to get my son a ticket, he's a claret member, site stated not available. Have it a couple of minutes and tried again successfully.
Just delivery of tickets now. Booked mine as an ST holder last week and still not arrived despite paying 6 quid for special delivery.
